Are you someone that enjoys planning and organizing events as well as working with a diverse individuals? We have the position you are looking for. Saint Meinrad Archabbey is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Alumni Relations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Alumni Relations
  • Serve as a liaison with alumni
  • Prepare reports and materials
  • Helps maintain the Alumni website

Experience & Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and time management skills.
