General Guidelines

  • The most current course and workshop dates can be found at this link:
  • Registration deadlines are always one month before classes begin.
  • Drop dates for weekend courses are the Friday before the first weekend.
  • Drop dates for online, weekday, intensive courses is the Wednesday of the second full week of class.
  • Last day to withdraw from a weekday or online course is Friday of the tenth week of class.
  • Last day to withdraw from a weekend course is the Wednesday after the second weekend meeting.
  • Last day to withdraw from an intensive course is the Wednesday prior to the in person session.
  • Weekend and online course grades are due to the Registrar three weeks after the last class.
  • Weekday course grades are due to the Registrar one week after the last class day.
  • The last day to remove an incomplete grade is six weeks from the last day of class.
