General Guidelines

  • Registration deadlines are always one month before classes begin.
  • Drop dates for weekend courses are the Friday before the first weekend.
  • Drop dates (without penalty) for online courses are one month before course begins.
  • Last day to withdraw from a weekday or online course is eight weeks after the first day of class.
  • Last day to withdraw from a weekend course is the Friday before the second weekend meeting.
  • Weekend and online course grades are due to the Registrar three weeks after the last class.
  • Weekday course grades are due to the Registrar one week after the last class day.
  • The last day to remove an incomplete grade is six weeks from the last day of class.
