The themes of the Paschal Mystery - suffering, dying, resting, and rising – form a general framework for our lives as priests, but can also provide a specific context for particularly challenging times like diocesan or parish reorganization. Since diocesan mandates, processes, and parish situations all vary greatly, this retreat simply seeks to support the well-being of priests immersed in the experience with time for reflection, prayer, discussion, and fraternity.
