Introduction
Show off your passion for cooking while preparing and serving delicious meals to the monks, seminarians, and guests of Saint Meinrad.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather supplies and food items.
- Prepares and cooks the lunch meals.
- Covers, dates, labels, and stores food.
- Sets up serving lines and ensure adequate amount of food during meal periods.
- Cleans steamers, fryers, kettles, ovens, and all prep work areas.
Experience & Qualifications
- Team player
- Able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow recipes
