Introduction

Show off your passion for cooking while preparing and serving delicious meals to the monks, seminarians, and guests of Saint Meinrad.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Gather supplies and food items.
  • Prepares and cooks the lunch meals.
  • Covers, dates, labels, and stores food.
  • Sets up serving lines and ensure adequate amount of food during meal periods.
  • Cleans steamers, fryers, kettles, ovens, and all prep work areas.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow recipes
