Our CareNotes team is seeking a dynamic Account Executive/Digital Coordinator to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing key customer accounts
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Identifying new growth opportunities to expand our customer base
- Shape our online presence
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Analyzing results to optimize strategies
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a track record of account management success
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 1 year in a related role
- Knowledge of healthcare, hospice, or funeral industries a plus
