Our CareNotes team is seeking a dynamic Account Executive/Digital Coordinator to help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing key customer accounts
  • Build and strengthen client relationships
  • Identifying new growth opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Shape our online presence
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing results to optimize strategies

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of account management success
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 1 year in a related role
  • Knowledge of healthcare, hospice, or funeral industries a plus
