Introduction
Are you looking to be part of a team whose mission is to serve the young Church? Saint Meinrad Archabbey is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Young Adult Initiative.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in carrying out the program's mission.
- Manage and update all records.
- Manage, organize, and post content on YAI public website and social platforms.
- Assist with events.
- Manage program billing.
- Record minutes.
- Maintain correspondences.
- Perform day-to-day office administrative responsibilities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Associate degree in business administration or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience
- Experience with various software applications
- Basic understanding of Catholic Young Adult Ministry and Catholic Church structure is preferred
