Introduction

Are you looking to be part of a team whose mission is to serve the young Church? Saint Meinrad Archabbey is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Young Adult Initiative.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in carrying out the program's mission.
  • Manage and update all records.
  • Manage, organize, and post content on YAI public website and social platforms.
  • Assist with events.
  • Manage program billing.
  • Record minutes.
  • Maintain correspondences.
  • Perform day-to-day office administrative responsibilities. 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Experience with various software applications
  • Basic understanding of Catholic Young Adult Ministry and Catholic Church structure is preferred
