Our Customer Service Representative would be responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service for our Abbey Caskets division. You would be responding to inquiries regarding products, service, and insurance via phone, mail, email and fax. You would be responsible for maintaining accurate invoices, payments, and deposits, and processing insurance policies and claims.
A successful candidate would have the education and/or experience commensurate with an associate degree in business or a related field. Good communication, organizational, decision-making, and computer skills are a must.
