The rosary is a favorite form of prayer for many Christians. Like all prayer, its richness deepens with greater understanding of its history and practice. This retreat will consider the historical background of the rosary and ways of strengthening our practice of this prayer. Participants may want to plan to attend the Sunday afternoon rosary devotion at the nearby Monte Cassino Shrine in conjunction with the retreat. Participants should bring a Bible.
