Biography
Father Kurt Stasiak, OSB, a monk of Saint Meinrad Archabbey,
professed vows as a Benedictine monk in 1975. He is Director of
Spiritual Formation for the School of Theology.
He was ordained to the priesthood in 1980 and has been a member
of the School of Theology faculty since 1986.
He previously served as provost-vice rector of the School of
Theology, vocation director for Saint Meinrad Archabbey, chair of
the Archabbey Church Renovation Committee and assistant
novice-junior master at Saint Meinrad Archabbey.
Father Kurt is the author of several books including
Sacramental Theology: Means of Grace, Ways of Life
(Loyola, 2002); A Confessor's Handbook (Paulist, 1999);
and Return to Grace: a theology for infant baptism
(Liturgical Press-A Pueblo Book, 1996).
He has published numerous articles and book reviews appearing in
a variety of publications.
